David R. Cunningham has practiced Criminal law in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan for the past 20 years. Mr. Cunningham is a partner and senior member of this firm and restricts his practice to the defence of drug and Criminal Code charges.

Mr. Cunningham was born in Edmonton, raised in Alberta and graduated from the University of Alberta with the degree Bachelor of Arts, honors in English. He subsequently returned to the University of Alberta and was granted his law degree in 1984.
