Michelle Kai
B.A., LL.B.

Michelle Kai joined the firm in 2008 as an articling student, after obtaining her Bachelor of Law from the University of Windsor. While at law school, Michelle worked at the University Human Rights Office, and competed in the National Laskin Constitutional Law Moot. She was the recipient of the Joseph Micallef Memorial Award in Family Law. Michelle participated in an exchange program and studied at the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, as part of her law studies. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2009.

Prior to attending law school, Michelle graduated with a Master of Arts in War Studies from the Royal Military College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McMaster University.

Michelle is available to discuss any of your legal problems in person or over the phone with a guarantee of confidentiality and professionalism. She does not charge any fee for a first time consultation and is flexible to meet with you after regular business hours or on the weekend. She is fluent in Cantonese.
